Welcome to Recruiter Network.

The following terms of service (these "Terms of Service"), govern your access to and use of the Recruiter Network website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through (the "Site") by Recruiter Network B.V. and, with respect to payment processing services, by its subsidiaries: Recruiter Network B.V. for payments made from the Netherlands and/or Recruiter Network B.V. for payments made from anywhere else. Recruiter Network B.V. and its subsidiaries are collectively referred hereto as "Recruiter Network" "we" or "us".

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start to use the Site. By using the Site, opening an account or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Service when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, found here, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site. This Site is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 you may not use this Site or the Recruiter Network services. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.

The original language of these Terms of Service, as well as all other texts throughout the Site, is English. Recruiter Network makes available this translation for convenience only. In case of conflicts between the original English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Agreement to Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Recruiter Network B.V. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL THESE Terms of Service, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental Terms of Service or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereb expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Service, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Service to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Service by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Service are posted.

The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jursdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable

Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content and the Marks.

User representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (3) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; (4) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

  1. Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
  2. Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
  3. Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Site and/or the Content contained therein.
  4. Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.
  5. Use any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  6. Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
  7. Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
  8. Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
  9. Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
  10. Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Site or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Site.
  11. Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
  12. Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
  13. Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
  14. Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
  15. Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (“gifs”), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as “spyware” or “passive collection mechanisms” or “pcms”).
  16. Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site.
  17. Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Site to you.
  18. Attempt to bypass any measures of the Site designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site, or any portion of the Site.
  19. Copy or adapt the Site’s software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
  20. Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site.
  21. Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Site, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software.
  22. Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Site.
  23. Make any unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
  24. Use the Site as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Site and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
User registration

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responible for all of use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Key Terms

Candidates are people whose services can be purchased from Recruiters by Company Users on Recruiter Network.

Company/Companies are the organizations that Company Users represent.

Company Users are users who purchase services from Recruiters on Recruiter Network on behalf of the Company they represent.

Earnings is the money that Recruiters earn from Hires and will be paid out to their bank account, subject to these Terms.

Full Hires are the formal agreements between a Company (User) and Recruiter Network. In this agreement the Company (User) agrees to pay the “Weekly Fee” (as requested by the Recruiter who Submitted the Candidate) for a minimal period of 22 weeks to Recruiter Network, in exchange for being allowed to continue employing a Submitted Candidate.

Guarantee period is a period of 4 weeks in which the Candidate has to prove himself/herself.

Hires are the formal agreements between a Company (User) and Recruiter Network. In this agreement the Company (User) agrees to pay the “Weekly Fee” (as requested by the Recruiter who Submitted the Candidate) for a minimal period of 26 weeks to Recruiter Network, in exchange for being allowed to Hire a Submitted Candidate.

Hires with Trial are the formal agreements between a Company (User) and Recruiter Network. In this agreement the Company (User) agrees to pay the “Weekly Fee” (as requested by the Recruiter who Submitted the Candidate) for a minimal period of eight (8) weeks to Recruiter Network, in exchange for being allowed to employ the Submitted Candidate. These eight (8) weeks are also known as the “Trial Period”. If the Company (User) doesn’t notify Recruiter Network about discontinuation of the Hire within one (1) week before the end of the “Trial Period”, the obligation of the Company to pay the “Weekly Fee” to Recruiter Network will automatically be extended with forty four (44) weeks.

Hours per week are an indication of the total amount of hours per week that the Submitted Candidate will work for the Company. The “Weekly Fee”, which the Company is obliged to pay for a minimum of 26 weeks after the Hiring of a Candidate, is made up of the “Hourly Fee” multiplied by the “Hours per week”.

Hourly fees are the sum of the “Recruiter Fee” and the “Service Fee”.

Jobs are requests for Hires by Company Users on Recruiter Network.

Job Overview is where the Company Users can create their Jobs.

Minimal Hire Period is a 26 week period in which the Company who Hires a Candidate is obliged to pay the “Weekly Fee” to Recruiter Network, consisting of four (4) weeks of “Trial Hire” and twenty two (22) weeks of “Full Hire”.

Offers are proposals to a Company (User) from a Recruiter for a Recruiter Fee that applies to a Submitted Candidate that the Company (User) can Hire.

Recruiters are users who create and offer Candidates through Jobs on Recruiter Network.

Recruiter Fees are the cost of the Candidate per hour, as defined by the Recruiter in the Submitting of the Candidate and agreed upon by the Company when confirming the Hire of the Candidate.

Service Fees are the added costs to the Recruiter Fee (10% with a minimum of € 0,50) that a Company owes Recruiter Network when Hiring a Submitted Candidate through the platform.

Total Cost of Hires are the sum of the 26 Weekly fees, thus representing the total cost (including tax) of the Hire.

Total Hire Fees are the sum of the 26 Weekly Fees, thus representing the total cost (not including tax) of the Hire.

Trial periods are a period of eight (8) weeks that apply only to a “Hire with Trial” in which the Company has the option to discontinue the Hire by written confirmation to Recruiter Network. A Company can discontinue the Hire up until one (1) week before the “Trial Period” ends.

Weekly fee is generated by multiplying the “Total Cost per hour” by the “Hours per week”. This sum is the amount that a Company owes Recruiter Network for a minimal period of 26 weeks.

Paid services of Recruiter Network

Certain software and services offered by Recruiter Network are made available to users on a paid basis. Users that choose to use paid services agree to the following additional Terms of Service. Recruiter Network reserves the right to change, modify, or append services and the pricing for those services at any time. With any change in pricing, the customer will be notified of such change and the change will only take effect upon the next billing cycle.

Any taxes due on services shall be paid by the Company. If the user is exempt from otherwise applicable taxes, user must submit its tax identification number and exemption certificate to Recruiter Network for review before the start of paid services.

Recruiter Network may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include pricing errors or availability issues.

Users agrees to compensate Recruiter Network for its reasonable expenses, including attorney and collection agency fees, incurred in the collection of payments and the enforcing of its rights under this agreement. Overdue and delinquent payments for any and all services may incur an interest charge on the outstanding balance of lesser of one and one half percent (1,5%) per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

With respect to any paid or free service offered, Recruiter Network will have no specific responsibility with respect to the veracity of applicant resumes, applicant interview or work performance, suitability before or after hire, and will not participate in any negotiations or discussion with respect to the hiring, promoting, disciplining, firing or relocating of such applicant later employed by User. Any and all assessment and resume reviewing services by Recruiter are provided as optional, value added services to user and Recruiter shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, disparities, or misrepresentations. Formal assessment and pre-hire services are not provided unless specifically paid for as an optional service. Any and all assessment services are not an exhaustive check of employment, education and other background information.

Recruiter Network cannot promise the effectiveness of any of its services in relation to the procurement of a job or career advancement. Recruiter Network makes no promises or guarantee of employment with either free or paid services. All services are performed for general and informational use only.

Terms specific to Jobs platform (Recruiting Services) for Companies and Recruiters
  • Additional contracts : For all Companies and Recruiters, the terms contained within a valid and executed agreement with Recruiter Network (“Additional Contract”) shall amend the terms contained within this section “Terms specific to Jobs platform (Recruiting Services) for Companies and Recruiters”. All other Terms of Service contained within this Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy shall remain intact and unchanged.
  • Rights to Sensitive Business Information : Recruiter Network takes great care and undertakes great expense to procure its Company Clients, Recruiter relationships and business data and information. Recruiter Network selectively provides access to these valuable clients, relationships, data and information as means to compete directly with Recruiter Network or share this information with another third party for the purposes of commercial gain. All provided client and candidate information shall be considered the sole property of Recruiter Network, with all the rights and privileges associated with valid ownership.
  • Independent Contractor : Recruiters that utilize the services of Recruiter Network do so as independent contractors and free agents. No payment, reward, or services offered to users from Recruiter Network shall form or imply an employment relationship nor shall it form or imply any form of partnership, joint venture or agency relationship.
  • Selection of Candidates : Recruiter Network reserves the right to delete, modify, alter, and/or reject any and all content submitted to Recruiter Network, including but not limited to candidate resumes and other information submitted by Recruiters.
  • Communications : Recruiter Network regularly communicates information from one third party to another third party, such as in the case of conveying information about a Candidate from a Recruiter to a Company. Recruiter Network shall not be responsible for the accuracy of such information, but shall use commercially reasonable practices to communicate the information properly.
  • Data Maintenance : Although Recruiter Network conducts regular backups and takes certain security precautions, Recruiter Network shall not be held liable for maintenance of user data nor continuation of its service. Users are responsible for the creation and maintenance of their own data, including Candidate and User information.
  • Quality of Listings : Recruiter Network performs checks to ensure that Jobs are active, of good quality and updated regularly. However, because Recruiter Network publishes Jobs from Companies, Recruiter Network cannot guarantee the accuracy, prioritization or other details of its Jobs and Company information.
  • Termination : Recruiter Network reserves the right to terminate access to Recruiter Network, in whole or in part, for any user, for any reason, in its sole discretion.
  • Equal Opportunity : Recruiter Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does its best to monitor the behaviours and recruiting practices of our users as related to their use of our platform, though we cannot be liable or responsible for our user’s specific actions.
Recruiters: In addition to the General Terms above, all Recruiters agree that:
  1. They will secure specific and proper permissions from each Candidate before they submit the Candidate’s resumes to Recruiter Network; and
  2. They will take time to understand the specific placement and fee terms related to each individual position; and
  3. They will take reasonable care to review the submittal of each Candidate; and
  4. They will not directly contact the Companies for which they submit Candidates, nor do any direct business with the Companies for which they submit Candidates, for any reason, for a period of 12 months after their last submitted candidate, without the specific consent of Recruiter Network; and
  5. They understand that if a “Weekly Fee” is generated through the platform, the amount due to them (also known as “Earnings”), as a third party recruiter, shall be equal to a percentage of the total (or “gross”) “Weekly Fee”, net of any additionally incurred costs. The percentage shall be 75% of the “Weekly Fee”, unless the percentage is modified through an additional executed agreement with Recruiter Network; and
  6. Recruiters should expect payment within thirty (30) days from the date of Hire of the Candidate; and
  7. They understand that they will receive “Earnings” only for Candidate resume Submittals for the Jobs to which those Candidate resumes were directly submitted and only in the case that another Recruiter did not submit the same Candidate to the same Job earlier. The credit period for all Candidate resume Submittals shall be a period of exactly one (1) year from time of initial Candidate resume Submittal for each specific Job. For times beyond one (1) year, each third party Recruiter releases any and all claims to submitted Candidate resumes.
Companies: In addition to the General Terms above, all Companies agree that:
  1. Recruiter shall provide direct hire recruitment services. Recruiter may present applicants for potential hire (“Candidates” and each a “Candidate”) by providing resumes and/or candidate profiles for evaluation in support of Company’s intent to locate, identify and potentially hire Candidates as part-time or full-time employees (“Services”).
  2. In addition to the “Recruiter Fee” owed to Recruiter Network (agreed upon by the Company when Hiring the Candidate through the Recruiter Network platform), the “Service Fee” owed to Recruiter Network shall be equal to a percentage of the total (or “gross”) “Recruiter Fee”, net of any additionally incurred costs. The percentage shall be 10% of the “Recruiter Fee” with a minimum of € 0,50 per agreed upon hours worked per week, unless the percentage is modified through an additional executed agreement with Recruiter Network. When a Hire is confirmed, a “Total Hire Fee” is owed by the Company to Recruiter Network, which consists of “Weekly Fees”.
  3. The “Weekly Fees” (a total of twenty six (26) weeks when the Company commits to a “Hire”, or a total of eight (8) weeks and an additional forty four (44) weeks when the Company commits to a “Hire with Trial” and doesn’t discontinue the Hire after the “Trial Period”) can only be confirmed after the Company has made a specific offer in writing by fax. postal mail, or authorized email transmission; and the Candidate has accepted, and signed the offer of employment letter.
  4. They shall pay “Total Hire Fee” to Recruiter Network on a contingency basis in the event that they or any of its affiliates Hires a Candidate referred by a Recruiter and/or Recruiter Network (“Hire” or “Hire with Trial”) within one (1) year that Candidate was referred to them by Recruiter and/or Recruiter Network. The “Total Hire Fee” is also earned in the event that they refer Candidate to another company who hires Candidate.
  5. It is the Company’s responsibility to inform Recruiter in writing of any duplicate Candidate resumes previously known or received within 48 hours of receipt of Candidate’s resume vrom Recruiter; otherwise the Company will be obligated to pay “Total Hire fee” to Recruiter Network for Hired Candidate, even if Hired Candidate was previously known.
  6. They will pay all “Weekly Fees” in full and in a timely fashion, according to the Terms of Service contained here or as amended with a directly executed recruitering services contract.
Overview (Main terms, in a nutshell)
  • Only registered users may create Jobs and Hire Candidates on Recruiter Network. Registration is free.
  • Companies pay Recruiter Network the owed Total Invoice per week for the first 5 weeks in advance to create a Hire (see Purchasing Section below regarding payment terms).
  • Hires are purchased through the Hire button found on the Candidate Overview page of the submitted Candidate.

  • Recruiters gain account statuses (Scores) based on their performance and reputation.
  • Company Users, Companies and Recruiters may not offer or accept payments using any method other than placing an order through Recruiter Network.
  • We care about your privacy. You can read our Privacy Policy ⦁ here. The Privacy Policy is a part of these Terms of Service and incorporated herein by reference.
  • Companies, Company Users and Recruiters undertake to comply with Recruiter Network’s Community Standards, which are a set of behavior ⦁ rules and guidelines, applicable to the Recruiter Network community and marketplace in addition to these Terms of Service, as updated from time to time.
Company Users
  • You may not offer direct payments to Recruiters and/or Candidates using payment systems outside of the Recruiter Network platform.
  • Companies pay Recruiter Network to create an order from a Seller’s Gig page or Custom Offer, using the Order Now button or through the Logo Maker. Fiverr partners with Payment Services Providers for purposes of collecting all payments from Buyers, transferring such payments from Buyers to Sellers, and holding funds in connection with Fiverr Balances. All payments services in connection with the collection of funds on the Fiverr platform are performed by Fiverr’s Payment Services Providers.
  • Recruiter Network serves as Recruiter’s limited authorized payment collection agent solely for the purpose of accepting payments from Company, and remitting those payments to Recruiter. Company’s payment obligation to Recruiter will be satisfied upon receipt of payment by Recruiter Network, and Recruiter Network is responsible for remitting the funds to the Recruiter in the manner described in these Terms of Service. In the event that Recruiter Network does not remit any such amounts to Recruiter, the Recruiter will have recourse only against Recruiter Network and not the Company directly.
  • Service fees are added at the time of Hire where a Company User can review and accept the total amount requested to pay. These fees cover administrative fees. As of August 2020, the current fees assessed to the total purchase amount are 10% with a minimum of € 0,50 per hour.
  • You may not offer Recruiters and/or Candidates to pay, or make payment using any method other than through the site. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately to Customer Support here.
  • To protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions (such as money laundering), claims or other liabilities, payment information in connection with withdrawals is collected by Recruiter Network. This information is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information here.
  • By using any payment method and/or providing payment details for making purchases on Recruiter Network, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are legally authorized to provide such information; (b) you are legally authorized or have permission to make payments using the payment method(s); (c) if you are an employee or agent of a company or person that owns the payment method, you are authorized by that company or person to use the payment method to make payments on Recruiter Network; and (d) such actions do not violate any applicable law
Local Currencies
  • Companies pay on Recruiter Network in Euro’s (EUR). Unless stated otherwise, you will be charged in the currency displayed on the payment page. You will be charged in EUR€ even if the price is displayed in another currency. In any event, the actual charged amount (in the actual payment currency) will be clearly disclosed to you before you complete the payment.
  • Buyers should note that all prices on Recruiter Network are derived always from their original EUR€ price and, therefore, non-EUR€ currency prices may change daily in accordance with exchange rates fluctuations and may also include conversion fees.
  • Companies may be charged with indirect taxes (such as Sales Tax, VAT or GST) depending on their residency, location and any applicable law, in addition to the price shown on the site, and, in any event, any such taxes will always be displayed to the Company User before payment.
  • Companies agree that they are responsible to comply with all tax requirements applicable to them, including but not limited to any obligation to deduct or withhold taxes. It is hereby clarified that all prices and fees that appear on the Site are the net amounts that will be paid following any direct or indirect taxes, levy, withholding tax and/or deductions
  • Once a Job is confirmed, it will be displayed to all Recruiters. Creating a Job is free.
  • Recruiters must deliver completed Candidate profiles using the Submit Candidate button (located on the Candidate Overview page, which is accessed through the Job page) according to the requirements that are stated on the Job.
  • An Job is marked as Active Hire after a submitted Candidate is accepted for Hire by a Company User.
Handling Orders
  • When a Company User creates a Job, the Recruiters will see the newly created Job in their Job Overview on the site when logged into their account.
  • Recruiters are required to meet the requirements specified on the Job. Failing to do so will allow the Company User to reject the submitted Candidate and may harm the Recruiter’s status.
  • Users are responsible for scanning all transferred files for viruses and malware. Recruiter Network will not be held responsible for any damages which might occur due to site usage, use of content or files transferred.
Candidate Rating
  • Candidate Ratings provided by Company Users while completing a Hire are an essential part of Recruiter Network’s rating system. Candidate Ratings demonstrate the Company User's overall experience with the Recruiter and their service. Leaving a Company User's Candidate Rating is a basic prerogative of a Company User. Candidate Ratings will not be removed unless there are clear violations of our Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards.
  • To prevent any misuse of our Rating system, all Candidate Ratings must come from legitimate sales executed exclusively through the Recruiter Network platform from users within our Community. Purchases arranged, determined to artificially enhance Recruiter ratings, or to abuse the Recruiter Network platform with purchases from additional accounts, will result in a permanent suspension of all related accounts.
  • Candidate Ratings given by Company Users are publicly displayed on a Recruiter’s profile page.
  • Posting a Candidate Rating: Once a Hire is accepted, the Company User needs to provide a Candidate Rating in order to continue on the site.
User Conduct and Protection

Recruiter Network maintains a friendly, community spirited, and professional environment. Users should keep to that spirit while participating in any activity or extensions of Recruiter Network. This section relates to the expected conduct users should adhere to while interacting with each other on Recruiter Network.

  • To protect our users' privacy, user identities are kept anonymous. Requesting or providing Email addresses, Skype/IM usernames, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details to communicate outside of Recruiter Network in order to circumvent or abuse the Recruiter Network platform is not permitted.
  • Recruiter Network does not provide any guarantee of the level of quality offered to Companies.
  • Recruiter Network does not provide protection for users who interact outside of the Recruiter Network platform.
  • All information and file exchanges must be performed exclusively on Recruiter Network's platform.
  • Rude, abusive, improper language, or violent messages will not be tolerated and may result in an account warning or the suspension/removal of your account.
  • Recruiter Network is open to everyone. Discrimination against a community member based on gender, race, age, religious affiliation, sexual preference or otherwise is not acceptable and may result in the suspension/removal of your account.
  • Users may not submit proposals or solicit parties introduced through Recruiter Network to contract, engage with, or pay outside of Recruiter Network
  • Users may report Candidates to Customer Support that may be in violation of Recruiter Network’s Terms of Service based on the reported Job’s replicated similarity to pre-existing services (copycat Candidates).
Reporting Violations

Users may receive a warning to their account for violations of our Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards or any user misconduct reported to our Trust and Safety team. A warning will be sent to the user's email address. Warnings do not limit account activity, but can lead to your account losing Seller statuses or becoming permanently disabled based on the severity of the violation.

Non-Permitted Usage

Adult Services & Pornography – Recruiter Network does not allow any Jobs and/or Hires of adult oriented or pornographic services.
Inappropriate Behavior & Language – Communication on Recruiter Network should be friendly, constructive, and professional. Recruiter Network condemns bullying, harassment, and hate speech towards others. We allow users a medium for which information is exchanged between individuals and a system to rate Candidates.
Phishing and Spam – Members’ security is a top priority. Any attempts to publish or send malicious content with the intent to compromise another member’s account or computer environment is strictly prohibited. Please respect our members privacy by not contacting them with offers, questions, suggestions or anything which is not directly related to their Jobs or Candidates.
Privacy & Identity – You may not publish or post other people's private and confidential information. Any exchange of personal information required for the completion of a service must be provided in the Order Page. Recruiters further confirm that whatever information they receive from the Company, which is not public domain, shall not be used for any purpose whatsoever other than for the submission of Candidates to the Company. Any users who engage and communicate off of Recruiter Network will not be protected by our Terms of Service.
Authentic Recruiter Network Profile – You may not create a false identity on Recruiter Network, misrepresent your identity, create a Recruiter Network profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person), or use or attempt to use another user’s account or information; Your profile information, including your description, skills, location, etc., while may be kept anonymous, must be accurate and complete and may not be misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. Recruiter Network reserves the right to require users to go through a verification process in order to use the Site (whether by using ID, phone, camera, etc.).
Fraud / Unlawful Use – You may not use Recruiter Network for any unlawful purposes or to conduct illegal activities.

Third-Party Websites and Content

The Site may contain (or you may be sent via the Site) links to other websites (“Third-Party Websites”) as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (“Third-Party Content”). Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by uss, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Site or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Site, including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices, or other policies of or contained in the Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk, and you should be aware these Terms of Service no longer govern. Abuse and Spam

Multiple Accounts - To prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active account. Any additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Recruiter Network community will be disabled. Mass account creation may result in disabling of all related accounts. Note: any violations of Recruiter Network’s Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards is a cause for permanent suspension of all accounts.
Targeted Abuse – We do not tolerate users who engage in targeted abuse or harassment towards other users on Recruitment Network. This includes creating new multiple accounts to harass members through our submission or ordering system.
Selling Accounts – You may not buy or sell Recruiter Network accounts.

Proprietary Restrictions

The Site, including its general layout, design and content, is exclusively owned by Recruiter Networkr. Users have no right, and specifically agree not to do the following with respect to the Site or any part, component or extension of the Site (including any mobile applications): (i) copy, transfer, adapt, modify, distribute or reproduce it, in any manner; (ii) reverse assemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive its source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, structure or organization; (iii) modify or create derivative works; (iv) remove any copyright notice, identification or any other proprietary notices, or; (v) use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Site, or interfere with any other users’ enjoyment of the Site. Users also agree not to permit or authorize anyone else to do any of the foregoing.

Feedback Rights

To the extent that you provide Recruiter Network with any comments, suggestions or other feedback regarding the Recruiter Network platform or the Site as a whole, as well as other Recruiter Network products or services (collective, the “Feedback” ), you will be deemed to have granted Recruiter Network an exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid up, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide ownership rights in the Feedback. Recruiter Network is under no obligation to implement any Feedback it may receive from users.


Companies should recognize that there might be a need for Recruiters to disclose certain confidential information to be used by Recruiters for the purpose of submitting a Candidate, and to protect such confidential information from unauthorized use and disclosure. Therefore, Recruiters agree to treat any information received from Companies as highly sensitive, top secret and classified material. Without derogating from the generality of the above, Recruiters specifically agree to (i) maintain all such information in strict confidence; (ii) not disclose the information to any third parties; (iii) not use the information for any purpose except for submitting Candidates; and (vi) not to copy or reproduce any of the information without the Company’s permission.

General Terms
  • Recruiter Network reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently disable accounts due to breach of these Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards or due to any illegal or inappropriate use of the Site or services.
  • Violation of Recruiter Network’s Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards may get your account disabled permanently.
  • Users with disabled accounts will not be able to create Jobs, Hire and/or Submit Candidates on Recruiter Network .
  • Users who have violated our Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards and had their account disabled may contact our Customer Support team for more information surrounding the violation and status of the account.
  • Recruiters will be able to withdraw their revenues from disabled accounts after a safety period of 90 days following full verification of ownership of the account in question, from the day of the last cleared payment received in their account and subject to Recruiter Network’s approval.
  • Recruiter Network may make changes to its Terms of Service from time to time. When these changes are made, Recruiter Network will make a new copy of the terms of service available on this page.
  • You understand and agree that if you use Recruiter Network after the date on which the Terms of Service have changed, Recruiter Network will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
User Generated Content

User Generated Content ("UGC") refers to the content added by users as opposed to content created by the Site. All content uploaded to Recruiter Network by our users (Company users and Recruiters) is User Generated Content. Recruiter Network does not check user uploaded/created content for appropriateness, violations of copyright, trademarks, other rights or violations. We invite everyone to report violations together with proof of ownership as appropriate. Reported violating content may be removed or disabled.

Furthermore, Recruiter Network is not responsible for the content, quality or the level of service provided by the Recruiters. We provide no warranty with respect to the Jobs, their delivery and any communications between Companies and Recruiters. We encourage users to take advantage of our rating system, our community and common sense in choosing appropriate services.

By offering a service, the Recruiter undertakes that he/she has sufficient permissions, rights and/or licenses to provide, submit or represent the Candidate that is submitted on Recruiter Network.

Certain user-generated content on the Site can be translated for your convenience using translation software in your browser software. Reasonable efforts have been made to provide an accurate translation, however, no automated translation is perfect nor is it intended to replace human translators.

No warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, is made as to the accuracy, reliability, or correctness of such translations made from English into any other language.
